Common questions
Do I need special barcode hardware?
No. Your phone's camera is the scanner, and any ordinary label printer can print the labels. There's nothing to install — Aurvio runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen like an app.
How do I get my existing stock into Aurvio?
Three ways: photograph your diamond certificates and let the scanner fill the details, import a stock file (we map the columns with you), or add pieces by hand with a form that autofills from a certificate number when the stone is already known.
Can I do a physical stock count?
Yes — walk through the shop scanning labels, and Aurvio shows what's been counted and what's missing.
Does it track where a piece is while it's being made?
Yes. The workshop module follows every piece from casting to goldsmith to setter with weights at each step, and the gold book keeps the fine-gold balance with each caster — in grams, the way you settle.
