What good jewellery software should actually cover
Most systems stop at a product list and a receipt. A real jewellery business is more than that: loose diamonds with certificates, pieces that move between the caster, the goldsmith and the setter, gold that changes hands in grams, repairs, memo goods, layaways and customers you know by name. Aurvio covers the whole circle:
💎 Stock & certificates
Jewelry and loose diamonds with barcode labels, colour, clarity, cut, fluorescence and measurements. Photograph a stack of IGI, GIA or HRD certificates and the details are read into your stock automatically.
🛠 Workshop & gold book
Follow every piece from casting to goldsmith to setter, with weights at each step. The gold ledger tracks fine gold in grams per caster — debts, handovers, sprues and reconciliations included.
👥 Customers & sales
Sales, invoices, layaways with instalments, repairs, custom orders with deposits, follow-up reminders and a purchase history per customer — so you always know who bought what and who still owes what.
✨ AI that works with you
Tell the Copilot "sold the 1.5 carat oval to Emma, paid cash" and it books the sale. Add the website chatbot and your own site answers customers about real, in-stock pieces — day and night.
Made by a jeweler, not by a software company
Aurvio's founder runs a jewelry house on Antwerp's Vestingstraat. Every screen exists because the shop needed it: the barcode scanner that forgives a mistyped leading zero, the sprue field on the "back from goldsmith" step, the cost price that stays hidden until you hold your finger on the selling price. It's the difference between software that demos well and software that survives a Saturday afternoon rush.

Common questions
Is Aurvio suitable for a small, independent jewellery shop?
Yes — that's exactly who it's built for. It was made inside an independent Antwerp shop, works on the phone you already own, and needs no hardware beyond an ordinary label printer if you want printed barcodes.
Does it handle both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. Every stone records its origin (natural or lab-grown), certificate number and lab. The certificate scanner recognises lab-grown reports automatically, including LG-prefixed IGI numbers.
Can it really read diamond certificates from a photo?
Yes. Photograph one or a whole batch of certificates with your phone; shape, carat, colour, clarity, finish grades, fluorescence and measurements are read into a review list you approve before anything enters stock. Duplicates are detected by certificate number so you can never add the same stone twice.
What does the website chatbot actually know?
It answers from your live inventory — real pieces, real prices, real availability — and can book an appointment straight into your agenda. It never invents products, and it hands over to you for anything it shouldn't decide.
Can I try it before paying?
Every store starts with a 30-day free trial with no card required, and you can book a 15-minute live demo with the founder first.
